Who to contact
Check with your Access Manager
Depending on your organization, you might have a MyMPI Access Manager who can help with most MyMPI questions. Your Access Manager should be your first point of contact for help with MyMPI. They can assist with:
- Adding or removing users in your organization
- Sending or re-sending invitations
- Updating a user’s MyMPI sign-in and email address
- Answering general MyMPI questions
