Who to contact

Check with your Access Manager

Depending on your organization, you might have a MyMPI Access Manager who can help with most MyMPI questions. Your Access Manager should be your first point of contact for help with MyMPI. They can assist with:

  • Adding or removing users in your organization
  • Sending or re-sending invitations
  • Updating a user’s MyMPI sign-in and email address
  • Answering general MyMPI questions
